Yaro Mila

Yaro Mila is an Amsterdam-based electropop artist with a fresh sound. Having grown up in, and inspired by, the alternative rock scene, she creates her own brand of electronic mayhem. Punk guitars blend with thumping beats and digital synths that transport you to a new world where you can be 100% yourself: weird, wild, confident and everything in between. Yaro is inspired by ‘00s legends such as Britney Spears and Anastacia, but also by artists like Audioslave and Nina Hagen, and the digital mayhem of COBRAH and Joost Klein. She takes the chaos of the last few decades of pop music and creates her own hyperactive, sensitive, unpredictable, sonic Frankenstein’s baby.
