THE AGENDA is TicketSwap’s new weekly event highlights series, where we’ll share the spiciest events taking place in London each week.

We’ve officially cast away those winter blues and are gearing up for a summer to remember. With the UK having an extra day off work, courtesy of the new King, there’s even more time to hit the capital’s clubs.

Here’s our selection of London’s best electronic music events from 2 – 8 May 2023.

BARRY CAN’T SWIM, 3 May

Merging jazz and electronic sounds and aided by a classical piano background, Barry Can’t Swim brings his eclectic sound to this iconic Grade II listed venue this month. We aren’t expecting any swimming pools, but can imagine a throng of fans ready to party under the hall’s massive disco ball.

ELKKA, 4 May

With her biggest London show to date, Elkka is bringing her dreamy melodic house vibes to Hackney Wick’s Colour Factory. A woman of many talents, the show will see her perform live with immersive visuals to accompany the infectious beats and lush melodies.

JUNGLE MANIA - SUMMER EDITION, 5 May

Now in its 30th year, this groundbreaking party that helped to bring jungle to the masses back in the 90s is showing no signs of slowing down. Taking over London’s legendary Ministry of Sound with a stacked line-up including DJ Hype, MC $pyda and a room hosted by drum & bass specialists Def:Inition, it’s the place to be for those in search of pulsating beats on a Friday night.

O’FLYNN & MORE, 5 May

Making his fabric debut, house favourite O’Flynn graces Room 1 with his infectious merging of genres – with everything from nu-disco to breakbeat featuring in his past sets. He’ll bring with him a hardware-based live set from Session Victim, and a B2B set from UKG selector Malaika and Rinse FM resident Amy Dabbs. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s also some deep house to be found in Room 2, courtesy of Demi Riquísimo B2b with Harrison BDP.

BREW - LDN, 6 May

After six years as a mainstay of London clubbing, the behemoth that is Printworks comes to a close this weekend. While there are several days of sold-out closing parties, there’s still another chance to catch some legendary DJs at the equally legendary venue. DJ Spoony, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy and more are spinning the decks at Brew LDN, a showcase of some of the finest independent brewers. Definitely worth heading down for several pints and some top tunes.

ARTWORK - Night Tales, 6 May

Making his long-awaited return to the Hackney Central archways after five years, dance music veteran Artwork will take over, playing all night long. We recommend getting down on the dance floor for the entire six hours of grooving – he’s promising an eclectic journey, and it’s not to be missed.

DNB ALLSTARS LONDON, 6 May

This month Bass specialists DnB Allstars also take over Studio 338 with a high octane summer party. Complete with the mega 70kw Electrikal Soundsystem providing a wall of bass via its signature blue horns, and a line up including Bou, Turno, Alcemist and many more.

ANDREA OLIVA PRESENTS ALL I NEED, 7 May

Ibiza party starter Andrea Oliva brings the tech house stylings of his ‘All I Need’ record label to the state of the art soundsystem in E1 London. Joined by Franky Rizardo, SYREETA and more, you’ll be raving until the early hours. Make sure you wear a comfortable pair of shoes, you’re bound to be on the dance floor all night for this one.
